At BravePro, we take pride in delivering high-quality specialty coffee and merchandise. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
Coffee Products
- Due to the nature of our products, all coffee items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Opened or used coffee products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Merchandise
- Merchandise items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products upon arrival.
- To request a refund, customers must provide proof (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
- Any item returned without prior approval.
