At BravePro, we take pride in delivering high-quality specialty coffee and merchandise. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Coffee Products

  • Due to the nature of our products, all coffee items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Opened or used coffee products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Merchandise

  • Merchandise items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products upon arrival.
  • To request a refund, customers must provide proof (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
  • Any item returned without prior approval.
